Follow VBACAC!

Are you looking for a happy-go-lucky pup, one who loves people and loves to cuddle?  One who loves car rides and field trips? Then meet DUKE!  Duke is a perfect size, one of those ‘pocket-size’ pitties!  Smaller size with a big personality.  He’s playful and said to be good with kids but can play a bit rough and match their energy level.  Duke is not a fan of other dogs though.

He is easy on the leash once out of the shelter.  He’s not puppy age but does have puppy-like energy.  He loves to train, he listens, stays focused and connected.  He wants to be with you and wants to please you.  And although he’s energetic, he can wait calmly until you give the go-ahead. 

Looking for a fun game to play?  Duke loves fetch!  And he will bring the ball right back to your feet.  He is very curious and always looking around; he loves to explore with his nose (which is great for him); but when things get quiet, Duke will come sit right next to you and melt into your legs as you pet him.

Duke is said to be potty trained but may need to be reminded of this once he gets into a new home and new routine.  He's just a fun little guy looking for attention and to please.  If Duke sounds like the companion you’ve been looking for, come to the VBACAC, located at  341 S Birdneck Road in Virginia Beach to meet him!
