Harrison!! Very cute, sweet, beautiful reddish-brown coloring, smaller size.

Harrison is the perfect ‘pocket-pittie’ size. His sweet personality makes him a volunteer & staff favorite.  He has been participating in our shelter’s play groups and is becoming a play group favorite.  He has shown himself to be tolerant of other dogs but now he is starting to engage, run, and play with some of the dogs.  It’s very fun to see him be confident and come out of his shell.  And in turn, this has helped him to become more comfortable with people as well.  He will now come right up to his kennel door ready and eager for us to take him out.   

We do not have much information about Harrison other than what we see in the shelter and in play group. He’s a sensitive boy and can feel defensive if yelled at or startled by loud energy. For that reason an adult home is best. Come on in and meet this sweet pup; once you see how cute he is in person, he’ll be hard to resist.   

*FOSTER UPDATE* Harrison has been doing wonderful in a foster home with adults and several dogs! He prefers dogs equal or smaller than him. Well mannered in the home.
