OATY - 2 years old, 65 pounds, house trained, good with dogs, very playful, may be nervous with new people, adult home.
When he first arrived, Oaty was scared. He didn't let too many people near. As he got used to being in a shelter and having new people around him, he let some of his walls down and allowed caretakers, staff and volunteers to be his friend. Oaty is playful, fun, active. He is so young and still so full of energy but for the time being, still stuck in a cage. We recommend him for an adult only home but when it comes to dogs, he seems very friendly! He's been in playgroups and we've seen a happy healthy boy enjoying the companionship of other dogs as well as humans. Oaty's previous family told us he was probably better with female dogs but we have found he can get along with male dogs, too! In fact, he is really good! Come by and visit Oaty!
