Notes from her foster Dad!

Housetrained: Yes (provided not over 10 hours w/o potty) Will sit and stare away from you if she needs to go out.

Cage/Crate trained: Yes

Good with other dogs: No.

Good with cats: No.

Good with kids: Yes, loves being fussed over, but bored easily. Spent two weeks in constant close proximity with 4 year old girl and rambunctious 11 year old boy. No bites/nips, no aggression at all.

Leash trained: Yes, but will forget if another dog comes into view.

Sleeps: At your feet or nestled in your side.

Health: Weak stomach, needs proper portion control of her food as she will gag it up if given too much.

Chew training: Will not touch anything that isn't hers. She is constantly around chewables but contents herself with bones and her toys.

Sleeps: Constantly.

Distinctive markings: Minor old scar on face (presumable from kennel fence), Skin tag behind right front leg.

Amusing antics: She's very uncoordinated which, when running at high speeds, is adorable;  Trying to lazily jump onto the bed yields hilarious scenes of desperation and failure; Will get on the edge of the tub during your bath and try to see if you're okay; Belly raspberries make her panic and try to get her nose into your mouth; Will bark at unexpected guests at the door, but only so you can open the door faster for her to cuddle them; Sometimes she just stares at you in adoration, unprompted and for a long time.

Cons: Lonely; eats grass when very hungry, guaranteeing blorfing later; Scared of some small furniture and dishes leaning against or near walls; Doesn't handle the kennel too well.

Medical Note: She has been holding onto a head tilt these last few months. Vet has examined and its possible there is a tumor somewhere. This old girl deserves to find her forever person for whatever time she has!
