Khepri is a 1 year old boy who was surrendered when his owner didn’t have time to care for him. He is basically still a puppy with puppy energy, but his owner said that he can be left alone in the house without any problem. He also slept in his owner’s bed. He appears to like other dogs and even cats. He loves to go for walks but could use a little more leash training. I recently took him down to the boardwalk to give him a break from the shelter. He was good in the car and seemed very curious about everything he saw. His puppy energy came out when we got down to the beach and he started doing zoomies while he was still on the leash! I felt sad to take him back to his kennel because he’s been there overlooked for several months and really needs to find a new home.
