Redbone Coonhound / Mixed (short coat) : : Female : : Adult : : Large
PENNY is an adorable 3 year old mixed breed, weighing in around 58 pounds. Her tan fur is darker in some areas, lighter in others. She seems to be a Redbone mix, that being a hound so she has been barky when in the kennel, begging for anyone to take her outside. Penny was surrendered when she started being possessive of the wife in the home. She didn't seem to like the husband. She has lived with other dogs, has enjoyed our shelter playgroup but will chase those felines. She also enjoys chasing wildlife, any wildlife she sees when on a walk, especially birds. Agile Penny can jump a 4 foot fence easily. Penny is currently in a back kennel so if you don't see her, please just ask!
