Hammy was recently surrendered due to housing needs of the family.   So the shelter it is for this sweet boy.  And he is SWEET!

Here’s what his owner said about Hammy:

• SWEET, LOVING, PLAYFUL & SMART!
• Likes CHILDREN!
• He likes and plays with some dogs.

Here’s what we see at the shelter:

• The same SWEET boy as the owner, but nervous in the shelter (of course he is)!
• Great in the car!  He jumped right in, easily allowed himself to be seat belted, did not make a peep and just sat and observed his surroundings, taking it all in.
• LOVES:  cheese and vanilla ice cream!
• A pup with caramel coloring hair and classic good looks!

Hammy went on a short field trip to get some much needed time out of the shelter.  He was a great passenger, easy to drive with, and absorbed as much of the environment as he could. 

As we learn more, we’ll update.  For now though, come in and ask to meet Hammy!  He’s taking visitors every day until his forever family finds him.
